Dear Teachers, Graduates, Students, Future Students, Colleagues, Friends, and Family,

Sunday night, we are excited to invite you to a special alumni and community potluck dinner to strengthen our bonds and rejuvenate our connections. Come join us for a warm gathering with colleagues, classmates, and fellow East Asian Medicine practitioners (Acupuncture; Asian Bodywork Therapy - Acupressure, Shiatsu, Tuina; Chinese Herbal Medicine; Clinical Qigong). This dinner is an inclusive event for students and interested students wanting to meet other professionals, as well as family and friends who make up the larger part of who we are. Fellow AOBTA® members, students, and graduates from Acupressure Therapy Institute (ATI), Eastern Medicinal Therapies Education Center (EMTEC), Charles River Institute for Healing and Inner Arts (CRI), Boston Shiatsu School, New England Shiatsu Center, and New England School of Acupuncture (NESA), and other EAM schools near and far, let's gather to connect, reconnect, and nurture our sense of community. Potluck: Many hands make light work! We encourage everyone to contribute to the dinner by bringing a dish or beverage. We are using an app to connect, organize, and share photos with one another. Please let us know what you plan to bring to help us plan accordingly. The potluck app will allow people to communicate in advance and share photos afterwards.

This gathering is not only an opportunity to enjoy a meal together but also a chance to share updates, achievements, and upcoming events within our community. We will also share with you legislative progress for an Asian Bodywork Therapy professional licensing bill. We will close the evening by honoring past and present teachers. Let me know in advance if you would like to add to any part of the agenda.
