In this hands-on, practical workshop you will learn how to work and play with Qi (life-force energy) using Acupressure, Shiatsu and Qi Gong techniques. Through a series of Qi cultivating exercises, you will be introduced to the meridian system used by acupuncture and acupressure therapists and the principles of working with Qi.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice and receive a basic Acupressure Shiatsu treatment. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with fundamental ways to work and play with energy.
Perfect for the kinesthetic learner and for those who want to put theory into practice!
Health and Safety: Please come wearing a quality mask (over your nose and mouth) and be prepared to wear it the entire time while inside so that we can make this a fun, successful and safe event for everyone.
